Dear concern,
Please lodge a complaint against FM Bilal Travel for exchanging seat number Without informing, prior to departure.
I have purchased my online ticket via bookme app with seat no. 15, whereas at ticket counter they exchanged it with seat no. 45.
Which is totally unacceptable.
I complaint the booking staff, they said contact bookme, we don’t have your record for booking at seat 15.
Hereby attached ticket for your reference.
Kindly investigate this issue, as this may concerns your quality customer service.
