Dear SIr/Mam Greetings! I had a very bad experience to open an saving account in bank of punjab.The bank staff still not issuing my checkbook/atm card,i called them several time for that but the person who is picking the phone he will said when you come we will apply for you.so i have been there in haripur branch which holding the code 0287 and i applied 2nd time ,they promiised me within 4 days it will come i have waited a month in my home and back to work Dubai so when i called the bank they informed me your checkbook /ATM with us .i am glad i told them my father will come to pick it up form you i will send you an authorization letter kindly give to my father still they refuse i dont know whats the problem and i asked them give me the email of your branch head still i got ruddely answered.the service of the bank staff is awfull disrecpect .one more thing i have to add i have been contacting them last 6 to 8 month for a simple thing which they must give but ……………………..if any concern person who will review this please do the need full .
