I expected a crucial bank [Faysal Bank] address verification letter to be delivered to my office address. This letter was essential for the verification of my bank account details. Unfortunately, the deliveryman did not deliver and returned the letter without informing me.
Regrettably, the resolution process has been extremely slow and unresponsive. As a result, my bank account verification process was delayed, and subsequently, my bank account was frozen due to the non-receipt of the verification letter. This has caused me significant financial hardship, as I have been unable to access my funds for essential transactions and payments.
