Dear Sir
I Have received a message from bank alfalah 8645 that they sent my EOBI EOBI pension card on my home address. Now I have changed the previous house and shifted in other location.
Therefore it is requested that my EOBI pension card may be send through bank alfalah branch located at Aziz Colony Chungi number. 22 Road Kalma chowk Rawalpindi cantt.
