Entered the branch at about 4:38 p.m. I had to deposit some money and submit an electricity bill. The employee at counter No. 2 in the bank did not do his job, and said to me that” go to the CDM for your work”. i replied to him that i don’t know how to operate the CDM, Then he replied me with rude behavior. However I submit my amount by any means on CDM. it takes 10 minutes. Then when I approach back to bank, officer didn’t allow me to enter the bank that’s why I was fined 450 rupees extra due to late Bill.
Please train your bankers to treat the customers with decent manner.
