Hi,
This is Nasir Danish from Malaysia, I visited Bank AL Habib Burewala Branch in feb 2018 to re-activate my dormant account, I filled few forms and they asked me to wait for few days and it will be activate, but it couldn’t I visited again and again and every time they said it will be in few days again, At last I complaint to branch manager and he assured me it will be done in a week, that was my last week for holidays in Pakistan, So I had to back here in Malaysia, I checked here on internet website my accounts were activated and can access,
I was so happy to see it, after all one month efforts I can access my accounts back again,
But just now I tried to transferred money from my second account to first one (I have 2 saving accounts) there was error in-active account while from 1st account
I can make transfers but from 2nd account I am not able to do any transfer, getting in-active error, So I called to help line they asked me to update Malaysian contact number in branch because they can not verify me there is another local number updated with their database, Which doesn’t make sense I am not asking any modification in account just wana complaint to check my account which is not working properly, Anyhow next day I called the branch and they replied me my both accounts are active from their side doesn’t have any issue there in bank, and branch manager rejected to update my Malaysian contact number he asked me to visit the branch, Which I can do only while go back in Pakistan next time, Ahhh Its so tense here now I don’t know what to do…
I am not asking any modifications just need to check them my accounts on internet banking website even show active there but not working properly… why,, they should solve the problem… But they are not solving the problem …
