DEAR HBL,
I was a very loyal customer of HBL, but since after this incident, I m thinking to deactivate my account and close it from HBL and to forward the same message to all my family and friends as they have pathetic customer service.
A few months back somebody on online used my account (debit card) and 5000/- transaction did I have launched complaints several times but not a single followup or process or return did from your side. the same reply received every time whenever I do the follow up on service helpline 124 working days will not solve or listen before that.
