I applied for ATM card at the date of 12/11/2019 and calling again and again to HBL helpline to get my Tracking id and also was calling again and again to TCS office to tell me where my card reached so that i can receive that because i need card urgently but they told me your card reached to peshawar at 21/11/2019 when next day (22/11/2019) i went there to TCS peshawar head office they told me your card went back to lahore you should call your help line and ask them to send it back. i did call again they say we did’t receive yet and after 2 or 3 times of resending to your address we receive back that. so this is my complaint against TCS that they even did’t call me or text me that your card is reached to peshawar receive this. I called HBL helpline they told me we asked TCS to call customer but if they did’t complaint to their center. I have all call records that so many times i called them they just making people fool.
