I booked Bilal travel online from Mansehra to Lahore on 3 June 2023 .bus timing was 2:15 pm as I reached the station sharp at 1:40 I didn’t find any bus there. I called at helpline and they only ask me to wait. And from that day I’m still waiting. by the way, I asked the Skyway office in Mansehra Lariadda, and he told me that the next bus he offered will leave after 7:00 pm. The person in the office is harsh and feels like he is a scammer doing scams with innocent people. Anyway, the company messages me that he return my full ticket in case of an accident but still on 8 June there is no sign of refunding. Anyway, I recommend to everyone that Bilal Travel is a scammer stay away from that agency in case of traveling never use online methods as there are much more scammers.
