I have purchased new set of HUAWEI Y6-II on 13-4-2017 along with your promotion JAZZ 50 GB free monthly data also present on cell box but after passing 06 or many days data is still not received in my SIM # 03015994852. So many time I have called in your call centers 111300300 and also visited your main office redco plaza blue area Islamabad for the issue but still I am facing the problem and data is still not incorporated with my sim present in SIM SLOT # 1. No one is ready to help me in this regard and all operators of your call center and office are unable to resolve my issue and only waste my time and call charges. Kindly help in this regard and resolve the issue earliest otherwise I shall complaint to your CEO or PTA.
