Dear Concern,

most of the time i am buying tickets from air blue online.

one issue with Airblue online payment is they are not showing money in foreign currency like in AED. it is suppose to provide option and show the money in dirham how much they will deduct. when i m buying tickets they always deduct more money of that what they showing on website.

another issue is each and everytime if i m going to buy a ticket for my family which mostly happening i needs to go to Airblue office and confirm credit card payment which waste of time. there should be a mechanism and airblue needs to verify me once and allow me to buy tickets when i need and no need to go to the office each time i buy a ticket otherwise this is the same traditional tickiting method.
