Against PTCL performance

For repair of above line the complain was registered on July 12, 2017. Regretful to say that despite every day reminder on phone no action taken by PTCL.. Got calls from PTCL Islamabad and message on my mobile no. 03009206272, but no result as yet. No any line man visited us.
There is a big question on the performance of PTCL and of course the head is suppose to the responsible person who should take stern action against the relevant persons for such delay.
