Salam. Sir respectfully it is stated that i have purchased an air conditioner of Dawlance (sprinter) , 1 ton @ 120000 on may 10 2023. As per policy of dawlance they offer free either installation or 3000 Cashback. We could not avail free installation service of dawlance so salesmen told that we shall get Cashback of 3000 rs which we can receive from the branch in question, maximum within 3 days.
Sir now 16 day have elapsed ; salesmen is continuously averting us with lame excuses.
We request you to please help us getting 3000 rs promised Cashback.
