AoA I’m your account holder and your customer of purchasing mobile on Installmnt. When fon deceivered to me I got sick and become off from my duty I was very I’ll so I asked my bank to please allow me medical holidays then u went to hospital and they advised me bed rest bank allows me holidays but without pay. My brother salman having business in Karim market contact your recovery officer and started to pay the Instalmnts partially. Before 6 days Zain BM of your branch went to my shop and do some shopping and my brother didn’t restrict him then on Friday or Saturday my brother jazz cash him rs 4000 and request him that in 3 or 4 days he will pay the remaining amount. Yesterday your BM Zain went to my Khala’s house in Nashta r block and there he scolded her and speak bad words and disrespect her. Isne gaaliyan di hain and harras my khala. This is not the way of recovery he is very bad and misfit for this job for the very outstanding organisation. My father purchased machine from your branch and make payments and now he is in Dubai but he didn’t even get back his guarantee cheque. This is your organisations worth alhamdulillah we all are proud of u but this man is very dangerous for your organisation. I’m very disappointed by your staff behaviour and I’ll go to the consumer court and civil court for the damages Caused to me I’ll not spare him
