I am addressing the matters to this forum foe immediate attention and resolution regarding non serious attitude of karachi office i.e neither attended nor resolved but open the facility of optin without intimation to me as evident from my todays email to them and also imposed the penaly without justification from my side like they do what i understand from 19th april that am not in business due to this and suffers financially due to nonserious attitufe of karachi office.

Hope the support lahore may intervene in this matter, if any international or national policies are folliwrd to reply or resolved the issues of VENDOR.

Please suggest that when I may start my business which was closed since 19 April 2017 and series of emails sent to all of you for rectification of appended issue which is still neither attended nor replied???? than how come the default ADMA system of GO Category Rides may be closed on my vehicle as per my contract bindings in order to only receives and go for only GO+ Category Requests.
It is solicited that please suggest how may I bear my as well as Careem financial loss due to the appended issue which is not seriously taken up by the Karachi Team / Office and Lahore Office is also silent who will reply what is the solution plz???
Hopefully whether you people are resolving or not, intimate me accordingly.

Waiting 4 ur reply, as am off the road from 4 days and by default Adma system operating officer is responsible for closure of my business and also those who have still not responding and resolve tje issue.

It’s glad to hear from you too lately when I have stopped my business and suffering too much loss to Myself and my Careem. Its not too late for right decision and I am both Vendor / Kaptain and doing my quality business less but good as evident from my business as well as as per the specification of my company.

Further, I am telling you there is not Opt-In facility shall be given to Honda Citi, (Big Car) to enjoy the above service, this is Careem’s Policy and on other hand from the last 8 days by default system, I have received most of the requests of GO customer which is not acceptable to me in any case and also on my mobile option Opt-In is with NO and not changeable by user i.e. myself, so your kind reply above to me on 23rd April 2017 is out of question asI will show my device / mobile, whenever you required OR kindly closed the Opt-In option from Careem System in order to start my business and further minimize my financial loss due to system default GO requests.
It is solicited that kindly resolve this problematic issue urgently, as am adding less quality business and not required the facility of Opt-In “by default system or by switching myself, I assured you” in any case and also not giving opportunity to breach my Contract by System of GO+ formerly Economy category.
Restlessly waiting for your prompt action to received GO+ Customer Requests only and informed me accordingly via mail in order to commence my business with My Company.

Dear Danish, thank you so much for writing in.
Please note that you have the opt-in facility. You and your captain control this option. Please note that whenever you have not opted-in and you receive Go ride, you will always be compensated according to Go+ rates and this is actually an attempt from Careem’s side to increase the number of trips you are getting.

Dear Team
Am fine and hope same 2 u with sound health.
I have just checked and still my vehicle is identifing on both GO+ and GO category.
Its once again requested to give me the Opt-in facility to me for enjoying, if required instead of imposing on my vehicle to accept go ride which is breach of our contract bindings.
Plz resolve the issue and provide the justification of same, waiting 4 ur reply restlessly.

Dear Fleet Manager,
I am waiting for your favourable action as per the contract bindings between us that my vehicle category will be the Economy i.e GO+.
Your early action will enable me to on the road for quality services provided to our valued customer of Go+ category with Opt-In facility so that i will do some rides on demand of my Careem.
Waiting for your reply because am also adding a Brand New Mira in GO+ category within 15 days positively for grow myself as well as glow my .Careem.

Plz resolve the appended issue and placed the rights of my vehicle as per contract agreement on Economy i.e GO+ and next time plz dont switch my vehicle on GO without prior permission.
