Dear Gentleman,
Directly come to the point. Three (3) month ago I shifted to Bahia Town after retirement (5180132). On dated 24/04/17, I registered complaint # 23 regarding Smart TV (when you on TV and device message shown on TV that configuration required)
I tried to do but failed after second day same message shown on TV then I registered the complaint (as stated above) and wait but nobody appear and took any action. Again on 26/04/17 I called (complaint #32 reported dated 26/04/17) and the attendant apologized and promised that technician will come and configure the device, but till now (28.4.17)nobody appear.
Gentlemen, this is very disappointed. You made advertisement on large scale and uncertain and defective management staff who is unable to handle a complaint.
I hope you understand the pain I got with it and without TV you can’t feel.
I am requesting you please if it is not possible to repair or rectify the device, please remove the device immediately and returned my money. I will be very thank full to you.
