Phone Connection bearing No. 051-5429252 is installed at my residence. It is out of order for over a month or so. Despite payment of the last monthly bill received & making several complaints the connection is still out of order & no one in the set up has bothered to take care of this aspect of consumer interest. We have decided to disconnect the connection please have it disconnected. We have been paying bills for over 04 months when service was not provided to us b the PTCL. regards
