I have been using Careem for past few months. But I want to register a complaint today for CareemGo Lahore. My fare for today’s ride was unreasonably HIGH. Even though my daily fare to this destination has always been in this range Rs. 260 to Rs. 280. But today it was Rs. 621. And that is unbelievable. Selected car was CareemGo. I didn’t even see the peak hour factor notification and I never accepted the peak hour fare. Then how can the fare be so high. Kindly take some action or you’ll keep losing customers because of negligence on your end or driver’s end.
