I HAVE BEEN FACING THIS ISSUE SINCE LAST MONTH. I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE AND DO CALLS INSIDE FROM MY HOME. SEVERAL TIMES I MADE COMPLAINT AT JAZZ HELPLINE. FIRST THEY SAID , SINCE I AM USING DUPLICATE SIM, THAT IS WHY I AM FACING THEN I GOT IT CHEKED FROM JAZZ FRANCHISE. THEY SAID THERE IS NO FAULT WITH THE SIM. THEN THE HELPLINE SAID TO ME THAT MY 3G PHONE IS THE PROBLEM. I CHECKED WARID SIM AND IT WAS RECEIVING SIGNALS EVERYWHERE. 2G PHONE ALSO RECEIVING SIGNALS. SO I TOLD THEM IT IS ISSUE FROM YOUR SIDE. BUT THEY STILL HAVEN’T ACCEPTED AND SAID WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING.
