Respected Sir,
I beg to submit few facts about harassment and ill-treat about Syed Kaleemullah Shah Rashdi, Principal, Government Boys, Degree College, Pir Jo Goth, Tehsil Kingri, District Khairpur Mir’s, Sindh, Pakistan, are as under:
1. That I belong to a noble family and law abiding citizen of Pakistan.
2. That I am respectable person working as lecturer in Computer Science (BPS-17) with effect from 28-11-2010 at Government Boys Degree College, Pir Jo Goth, Tehsil Kingri, District Khairpur Mir’s, Sindh, Pakistan, under his administrative control.
3. That I am scarless character and unblemished academic and service career in the college.
4. That I qualified M.Phill Degree in Computer Science with 1st Division in 2010 and doing Ph.D in same subject.
5. That I am rendering services at the place of posting as responsible, dutiful employee and hardworking lecturer since my posting at the college.
6. That for the period of last few months, I have been subject to harassment and remain embarrassed due to harsh and hostile environment created by above said Principal.
7. That such offensive conduct and behavior caused me trouble and badly harassed me at work place.
8. That from time to time use abusive language and issue intimidation to me and repeatedly call lady folk staff in the office for extraneous reasons and concealed Muster Roll from me and he has made some interpolations in the record of Muster Roll.
9. That it compelled me to take legal actions through Honorable Provisional Ombudsman (Mohtisab) Sindh Secretariat Sukkur to above said Principal.
10. That the Principal being an influential official and my immediate boss has left no stone unturned to pressurize and coerce me to withdraw from the instant complaint and for the said ill-gotten motive he has gone a step further in the course of harassment and during the pendency of complaint he has got stopped the salary of the month of February on 28-04-2017, Now, he has issued a Relieving order dated 05-04-2017, which is not in his power and then he refused for attendance in muster roll as well as bio metric attendance with due course of law.
11. That due to such stress and hostile working environment created by the Principal, Govt: Boys Degree College, Pir Jo Goth, I have no option but resign from the job.
It is humbly submitted to your kind honour that Syed Kaleemullah Shah Rashdi, Principal Government Boys Degree College, Pir Jo Goth is a notorious corrupt and blackmailer person. Whole of the college knows that he blackmails and harass the employees and to extort money from them through illegal steps and harassment.
It is further submitted that recently he has made me his new target to humiliate harasses and extort the money to fulfill his kitchen requirements which he ever arranges for his supporters.
Honorable Sir, he has marked “Absent” over my muster roll initials from 01-11-2016 to 30-11-2016, and is harassing me to refund the pay which is my only livelihood or give him extort money.
Your honour, it is clear forgery because if it is testified by an expert, he will reveal that “absent” is marked over the signatures. If the inquiry is conducted by any honest officer it will proved that it is forgery and I am innocent, there after such black sheep officer may kindly be removed from such Prophetic institute.
It is therefore requested to your kind office to take notice of the above matter and save the innocent applicant from harassment at the hands of respondent named above in the interest of justice and fair play.
I shall remain thankful to you if justice is done with me.
