We M/s Zakir & Sons having business of distributions at different areas in Lahore i.e. Jauhar Town, Valencia and recently in Gulshan-e-Jinnah also availing DFF limit from Panorama Branch and are the main customers of Jauhar town branch. Our sister concerns are also dealing with HBL in different names like M/s Asif Brothers (they also have 4-5 accounts in HBL Jauhar town branch for different distributions and are also availing Running Finance Limit from HBL. Our Other sister concern is also working with HBL in the name of M/s Alliance Distribution Networks.
We are facing problems with this bank since last about one month. Many times we tried to tell them that please take care of our accounts and co-operate with us in our daily banking transactions (not un-due) , but all in vein.
Yesterday it touched the extreme
Firstly, when our staff salaries were transferred after three days, we delivered the cheque and detail for transfer of staff salaries. Secondly, we deposited a cheque in Jauhar Town Branch for transfer of funds to HBL Panorama branch to our DFF account, which was not posted even 6.20 pm.
By the time our parent company M/s Nestle Pakistan Limited run SIDA for collection of the day at about 4.pm (The time which is mutually agreed between HBL and Nestle) and due to non transfer of our funds in DFF account, SIDA was bounced. Our representative immediately walked to HBL Jauhat Town for clarification, Bank staff was asking that if they should transfer this cheque at 6.20pm (After the dishonour of our SIDA).
Nestle is asking us to mention the reasons and we are looking towards HBL for any clarification.
Kindly get us apologise letter from HBL Jauhar Town Branch and re-imburse us with the cash discount deducted by Nestle from our delayed payment also.
Early response will be highly appresiated.
