I had complained to Careem, that I did not receive a sms from them about the arrival of careem and the driver without even calling me cancelled the ride for which I was charged PKR 150, here is their response “After looking into the issue raised, we have observed that captain indeed arrived at your pick up location. Since he did arrive, the system must have generated a message, signalling his arrival. Since you did not receive the message, allow me to advise you to immediately contact your network service provider to ensure that such an issue does not repeat itself.
Howver, we will reimburse the cancellation fee for this ride as a one time favor.”
I am not sure how by not receiving an sms or call he is telling me to check the system of telenor and secondly what pissed me off was he was giving me a favor wow of PKR 150, after more than 100 rides through these people. Pathetic customer service and pathetic team who is handling it.
