today 05/04/2017, HBL SITE Branch, SITE Area Karachi, was refusing to collect my SSGC Gas Bill, I was obtained this Gas Bill through E-billing Services, but Bank refused to collect said Bill and asked my Staff Man to deposited to other banks not in this Bank (HBL)
I asking you why?? HBL to refused me ??
Do you have a right to take action against this Bank (HBL)??
if you have a right kindly asked HBL why he do this??
Kindly take positive steps in this regard under intimation to me (SSGC BILL PAID UP COPY ATTACHED FOR YOUR ACTION)
