i got my debit card last year. i didnt get an activation code. i called your helpline and they allegedly sent me the activation code but i never got it then either. now today i’ve been trying to call your stupid helpline since two hours and i’ve not been able to get through.
since i did get text messages for account deposits i know you have my number right. THEN WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?? what do i have to do to get an activation code???
isnt your stupid helpline supposed to be open 24/7?? i’ve also emailed you guys. yet i know i wont get a bloody response from you. AT LEAST TAKE MY EFFING CALL!!
