Dear sir,
From last 3 months, PUG charges are applied in my gass bill, a team of SSGC has checked my gas line there is no leakage and my meter is also working well. Actually we are a small family of 3 members we often borrow food from hottels, we some time make a tea hardly, therefore units are shown less. Kindly if you want to make a check again you are well come, but please solve this issue and remove PUG charges on coming bills.

A had complained before as well, its reply was as under
( “Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. The issue has been brought to the attention of our relevant department for
further investigation. You will be receiving an email from Customer Care shortly, informing you the findings of our
investigation.”)
The month of this reply passed but again PUG charges have been applied on my bill.
