On 12th march, i called taxi to ride from sabzazar to imamia colony. Muhammad irfan came to pick me up. I asked him if he knew where the imamia colony is, he said he knew.
When we reached shahdara he stopped the car on the road saying it’s the end of city and demanded ”amount of his choice” if i wanted to travel further. That was outrageous as he shouldve told me that before he initiated the ride. This is not the way to demand unreasonable amount not registered by the careem app. I argued with him that why he didn’t settle these terms before. Why is he taking advantage of situation which he created for us. I was travelling with my mother who is spinal chord patient. Then he asked us to get off the car in the middle of the road. We got off and reached to our destination with great distress.
I usually use careem service to imamia colony and captains are very well educated but this was the worst experience i had with careem.
Kind take necessary action against muhammad irfan as many users may not register complaint.
