I got a phone call from your female customer agent for UBL Credit card and provided my pay slips and two banks account statements with NOC of Silkbank more than one month ago. UBL verification officer visited my office and verified all documents and also visited my home too. After few days later the same UBL female customer agent phoned me and informed that your credit card will be dispatched to you soon but unfortunately I have not received it yet and there has been completely silence from UBL.
As you know, being a customer we provide our personal documents and in case of any decline of my credit card request all the personal documents must be returned back to the users with the decline letter. I think that should be the official banking way.
I would like to request you to pursue my case and inform me if there is any decline and return my all personal documents.
