PTCL broadband 8MB Connection
PTCL installed IPTV, 8MB Broadband and Lan line at my premises in mid November 2016 from that day till today 8 March 2017 service is extremely poor, hardly I can use it because keep disconnecting after 3 to 4 minutes. On my daily complaints on twitter, Facebook Messenger and emails they replace port today but problem haven’t solved. I’m very disappointed from poor service and technical response from PTCL. If problem not solve in few days then I will terminate PTCL services.
