Respected sir,
My name is Muhammad Moin ul Arafeen account holder of NIB 16216615 branch of Davis Road Lahore
Sir my ATM Card is not activate due to many problems which filled by Lady customer officer of NIB Davis Road Branch she does not proper fill my account form. My cell No is wrong Entered, My Mother Name also enter in the section of my Wife’s name and my wife name enter in the Section of my mother’s name.
i tried to active my ATM Card from mobile But the Head office told me that your cell no is wrong, and they tell me to visit the Davis Branch and correct the cell no. I visited thier and correct my cell no. After 3 and 4 days i was again try to active the ATM but the head office tell me that your mother name is wrong and you should visit the branch.
Sir I am very disappoint by these issues . I am requesting you to please take action against The Branch officer of NIB Davis Road.
I hope you will response soon and my issues will resolve. Waiting for your positive response.
