I have bought multiple appliances items on 10 Feb 2024, Imran assist me that day and I was with my family & it was very smooth discussion that day, before paying I asked him if possible to keep the items in store for some days as I will come later to get them, he assured me that no problem as many days I want I can keep & just call me once I will be needed those so that he will send them through driver
So yesterday 13-Feb-2024 I called him to send the items by tomorrow morning 14-February-2024 he said okay also I asked him inform me in advance before loading the items on the vehicle to discuss about the fare,but unfortunately I got sick this morning and couldn’t be able to contact Imran , he himself decided with the driver and load on the rickshaw I believe and he was keep on calling me as I mentioned earlier I’m not feeling okay so I request him to keep the items on hold till further instructions from me, he started yelling at me, he threatened me that he will send item and I have to get them at any cost
I said if you can send someone who can deliver direct to my house it’s okay otherwise I’m not in the position to carry those items
He didn’t agree , he just wants me to obey him
Finally I said I will come to the shop to refund and he said he will not let it refund and if I force they will deduct from me 17% from the full amount I have paid
This is totally very much bad behavior from your sales team I’m very much disappointed & will never visit any of your branch to buy any products nor any of my family member
I hope the necessary action will be taken against that employee & I also wanted to be in loop
