Sir,
I am facing a dire situation of unease as KONNECT HBL app is holding my money of more than 10000 Rs
in the name of GULAK, I invested in GULAK on 01-04-2023 for six months and it was due that gulak will break at its
time or the investor will break it at any time. its period of six months was concluded on 01-10-2023, i tried to broke
gulak but not broken and it shows an error of 129-insufficient balance.
I did complaint in HBL customer helpline, they provided me a complaint number C1110231582 on 11-10-2023 and resolution time
was 3 days. its already 3 days passed still no sign of Gulak break up.
Kindly Ban Konnect HBL App for good.
