Hi,
This is Mohammad Fahad. I have a complaint about an unnecessary and unfair charges deduction that occured on 7th October 2023 by PI Pakistan. My monthly billing of PKR 299 was deducted from my JazzCash account 923062565421 on 6th October 2023. After that on 7th October another unnecessary deduction happened of PKR 150 that was for no reason and even it is not being shown on my Tapmad Billing History but through my screenshots you can see that the transaction happened on the name of PI Pakistan PVT Limited.
Kindly return my PKR 150 on the same JazzCash 923062565421. I will be thankful to you
