My parcel is delivered on 19th August 2023 from lahore to peshawar tcs office but unfortunately the tcs office haven’t delivered called me. The tcs officials should at least call me for picking up my parcel if they can’t deliver. I wonder why they pick up the parcel if the area is no go area.
I just checked online the parcel is on hold to pick from the tcs headquarters since yesterdays 21st August 2023. If my home is on a non service area list then they should at least inform me
