It was an online cash on delivery purchase. Advertised in Facebook. By going through the comments I did not see a complain.
As mentioned in the TCS envelope I ordered a pack of 5 three piece lawn suit and they delivered me a coat.
I did not know what is inside it as the shipment says parcel cannot be open.
I called the person who delivered it to return it but he said it cannot be done as it is already delivered.
So if TCS has the cash amount with them it will be honest of them not to transfer the money to them and return the parcel. So that they don’t cheat people that way.
