I am writing to address the recurring illegal deduction of PKR 299.00 from my account, with a referencing Order ID and a Transaction ID. This deduction was made without my consent, causing financial inconvenience. I demand an immediate refund and request that you cease any further deductions.
I trust that you will treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves and take the necessary actions to resolve this matter at the earliest.
