I sent a consignment of mangoes around 18 kg through C number 232284301 from kalma chowk terminal for rawalpindi faizabad cargo terminal of daewoo. But the staff of cargo handedover wrong boxes of mangoes from which a slip bearing consignment number 232246557 was found. Moreover this box contained rotten and overriped mangoes. This act is very disappointing and question mark on quality of service. On this I want action against responsible
