-Extremely unethical
-Used vulgar language
-Misbehaved, while i was traveling with a infant
-Have no Customer Service or Helpline for the consumer safety.
-No reply from email or the provided helpline nr.
-Charge for a ride even thou the ride was cancelled due to his behaviour.
-Absolutely no assurance from Careem to its customers, for any VERBAL ABUSE, PHYSICAL HARASMENT OR MIS-BEHAVIOUR, there is absolutely no answer either from Careem helpline or the owner OF Careem.
