I am user of PTCL land Line No. 042 37535037, my land line is out of order about 3 weeks, several complains have been registered viva help line and internet but no response from your side till to date. So much negligent and irresponsible people you have in your staff. I have received two or three calls from net work about feed back but needful work is still pending. If you are unable to resolve the problem please take your land line and leave us.
