We ordered KFC home delivery they accepted our order and said the order will reach at your home after 30 minutes and after 30 minutes they call us and said that your house is far from our branch we only deliver orders in the range of 2km and our house was literally 230 meters away from their range. This is very unprofessional KFC is a big brand and this kind of action cannot be predicted from them. Their were guests at our home and they went without eating something. At least if you cannot deliver at our location you can inform us at the time we placed the order. This is very unprofessional.
