I recently availed their express delivery service, which was supposed to ensure next-day delivery. However, it has been five days, and my package has still not been delivered. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Not only did Leopards fail to meet their promised delivery time, but their lack of communication and transparency throughout the process has been appalling. I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer service, but I have received no satisfactory response or explanation for the delay. It is frustrating and unprofessional to be left in the dark, without any updates regarding the status of my package.
Furthermore, the delayed delivery has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for me. I had important items in that package that I needed for a time-sensitive project, and now I am facing unnecessary delays and setbacks. The whole purpose of choosing an express delivery service was to ensure prompt and reliable service, which Leopards has clearly failed to deliver.

Leopards has failed to meet these basic expectations, and I strongly discourage anyone from using their services. Their inability to deliver on time and provide adequate customer support reflects poorly on their reputation and competence.
