On 12th of July I went to TCS Lahore office situated at Multan road Lahore, I sent a shipment having weight of 7.5 KGS, the branch manager give me the bill having an amount of 2810 rupees . It was an overnight shipping because of an emergency. The stuff was of 30 thousand rupees inside the box . My receiver never got any call or message from the courier company. They never shipped the package. When I tracked the order it was mentioned on the system that , the delivery was attempted but they could not locate the address . So I called the customer care number and I again made sure that it should be reattempt and please make sure the contact with the receiver because no courier company can deliver without calling the receiver it’s totally impossible to do so. But again I waited 2 days and there was no progress. Again I called the customer service number and they informed me that the shipment is on return process . The rider couldn’t locate the address. In fact the rider never attempted the delivery and the proof is he never contacted the receiver. And as the location is concerned, it is a city area and all courier companies deliver at their door. My complain is TCS COMPANY is scamming . They should refund me if they return my parcel. Because I paid them 2810 rupees for overnight shipping .they keep it for a week and never delivered it. They wasted my time and money both. I want my package back with refund.
