I made a payment of Rs80 to telenor online bank on sat 24 june for the subscription of a package i have proof that is “Dear Customer,You have paid PKR 80.00 for Order ID: MYOB_Ltw9NqFiw to MyTelenor App – Store against Transaction ID: 22256966087.”
But the package is not subscribed on my sim only they send me a text that is”Oops! Your transaction could not be processed as the receiving accounts limit has been reached. Please email at [email protected] Merchant: MyTelenor App – Store PKR 80.00 Order ID – MYOB_7Q18psTyC.”
So please i request u to return my money in my account
