I borrowed loan with repayment amount of RS. 9291/- from finmore company and last date for repayment was 25-5-2023. As per deadline repayment was made on 25-5-2023 at 0939HRS but the status didn’t update on their official app. I forwarded following 4 proof to finmore officials on their phone number and company email address which were provided on the company app. Two days has been passed but status not updated yet. Moreover, Rs. 10,018/- is showing today for repayment. I have contacted many times on their registered numbers but matter has not been resolved yet.
Details of proof :
1. Payment screenshot
2. Copy of message received from registered official easypaisa number i.e. 3737
3. Official E-statement
4. Official registered email.
Therefore, requested to update the status on app.
