I purchased a 1.5 ton AC and when the installation team arrived they opened the AC unit and found that the copper pipe was missing. At the time of collection from the branch we didn’t not notice that this item was supposed to be packed in a separate box. I was under the assumption that the copper pipe would be in the the AC cardboard box. We complained to the branch but no one is willing to help we also asked the branch to check their CCTV that no one packed or gave us the copper pipe. I would have thankful if someone would be kind enough to help me out here.
