Attention Telenor Executive
I work for Askari Bank at Clifton Corporate Office which comprises of around 100 Staff including more than 20 Executive staff.
Yesterday my Country manager ask me to arrange new Wifi Device from Telenor as previously used serviced is having Singnaling issue in our premises therefore i went near by Telenor office and requested them to visist our office in order to check if singals are comming properly. Yester on 6th February 2017 I personal visited thrice after waiting for long time in que for requesting to check the signal by your staff each time i was asssured that the staff will reach to our office but no one showed up.
Even todat at 9:10 AM i again visited the same office across our building near KPT Under Pass (Clifton) again I was assured that represeentative from Telenor will visit our premises and till noon no one has arrived.
I assume that this time our complaint will be entertained and if not so then I assume either this is your normal way of delivering service to your staff or your staff is not capable to handle handle customer request which shows signs that your company is not intrested to expand their buisiness.
