Hello,
My name is Ammar Imtiaz (Phone no. +92 332 3576494), I booked a Careem Go today. The driver (Muhammad Asshhad, Suzuki Go Cultus Grey, ASF-134), I gave the pick up location of HBL – Baloch Colony Branch but the Driver arrived at the wrong pick up location and then started finding location, it took him 10 minutes to find the location and as a result my Booking was Cancelled by Careem and they have charged me PKR 180 for the cancellation, it was not my fault and yet I am being charged. I am a regular customer of Careem and this is really disappointing of the Driver of the company to not follow the Pick up location and then delay it enough to have the service automatically cancelled. Please rectify this mistake.
