I am maintain HBl Freedom account # 0223-79919869-03 with City Branch. due to some personal matters my account balance was fall below the prescribed amount i.e 25000/-.
as per bank ur Bank policy Txn charges are applicable if falls below the prescribed limit, Hence on 02.08.2021 my account was debited wth Rs 1,700/- thru internal entry with narration refleting in SOA as “trxn charges.” which was due to the low balance in account as on 30.06.2021.
On 20.02.2023 I recived a debit msg thru sms wherein an amount of Rs 1,428/- again deducted from my account with thw narration “Service Charges 30.06.2021.
kindly revert back my amount, as once already charges decuted from my account due to low balance in account on 30.06.2021.
