I sent the parcel of my original educational documents for HEC Islamabad through TCS kamra attock on 13 Feb 2023, According to TCS employee said to me, it will be reached at HEC center on 14 Feb but on 14 Feb my parcel reached in TCS Islamabad facility. Now more than 3 days have passed my parcel did not reach from Islamabad TCS facility in HEC Islamabad. in these 6 days, I did not receive any status of my parcel on my mobile phone. still, I don’t know what is the reason in 3 days from TCS facility Islamabad a man can not travel the 3 km distance to HEC Isb for delivering my parcel.
