My name is Eng. Siraj Muhammad, I send my documents to HEC thru TCS Peshawar Deans trade Center for attestation with sealed envelope but I received without envelope, so I send below complaint to HEC:
My original documents are already attested from HEC and MOFA, for educational credential assessment I send online request to HEC and follow further steps to attest copy of my degree and send me in sealed envelope as requested by international university, but I received my attested copy without envelope.
Already I attach letter with my documents with complete explanation that I need attested documents in sealed envelope and also inform TCS couriers as well.
I lost at least one month or more, now who is responsible for this.
what happened to your staff they just stamping only, they did not check what’s the request.
They reply to me as bellow:
Dear applicant, Greetings from Higher Education Commission and your complaint/Query matter is acknowledged. In this regard it is clarified that we have a separate department/section i.e. R&I Division for sealing of documents, therefore on the request of the applicant, the courier representatives in Islamabad coordinates with HEC�s R&I division for such services. If you have clearly mentioned on the application form regarding the envelope sealing and told the TCS representatives at the center then please contact the TCS focal person at [email protected].
It means one of the party HEC or TCS didn’t do their job as per requested. I lost couple of months and also now I’m outside of Pakistan, It means for everything We have to go to their office and show by finger that please do like this your job.
