Sir.
with great sorrow it is being inform that Branch 2225 is located at S.R.A colony multan My family also has accounts in the said branch. Today i go there for depositing a chalan form with fee the tellers shifted me to one and other and at last ask me to get in line for depositing ur voucher to whome all other customer and he was very busy while two of them teller was almost free to get th burden off but they refused i ask to the manager to plz handle the customer and manage to other tellers but he said sorry. Ticket machine was also out of order. With same i visited on saturday about 10 am in the morning but lady teller tell me today we can not deposit your challan .
So i have only a hope that time matters and every ine is associated but when branch manager refuses me opinion it really hurts me. It is therefor requested to plz plz look into the matter and fix the problem ASAP.
